Accordingly, KRYPT7 may, but has no obligation to, remove accounts and contents identified, in our sole discretion, as unlawful or for the purpose to harm KRYPT7 in any way. An account terminated by KRYPT7 will not be saved for any reason and will be immediately deleted with all its contents from KRYPT7's servers, and will not be eligible for any refunds.
KRYPT7 must not be used to provide emergency services of any kind or to contact emergency services themselves.
You must not usurp the identity of another person or entity - whether the account is effectively active or not.
Your communications should not contain any viruses, malwares or any software designed to damage, interfere, unlawfully modify or bypass any system or data essence - whithout limitation, as their nature, identity, quality, property.
You must not harass, threaten or wider, send unsolicited messages to anybody.
You must use KRYPT7's communication functions only for transactional purposes: to reach or reply to a person that you know, who allows you to contact them, and/or who is expecting a personal message from you. Bulk messages like newsletters (a unique content for a list of non-connected recipients) or marketing usages of any kind are expressly forbidden. Any account can be terminated, in the sole KRYPT7's discretion, if it's recording more than one email identified as undesired or spam every one thousand emails sent.
All users are expressly warned that Monitor must be used, at all times, under two indissociable conditions:
KRYPT7 owns all rights, titles and interests in and to KRYPT7's website or products, including, without limitation, all intellectual property rights. You must not duplicate, copy or reuse any portion of KRYPT7's website or products.
KRYPT7 do not assume any liability for the contents accessible by external links.
The subscriptions are active until they are canceled or unpaid for more than 10 days after their last anniversary date.
Any cancellation of subscriptions must be issued via KRYPT7's website.
None active subscription is eligible for refunds in case of cancellation or termination.
Any charge made by error will be refunded on the last active credit card linked to the user's account.
Any demand must be clear and unambiguous, made only by email from the user KRYPT7 address to [email protected] and issued before the 8th day of the subscription.
KRYPT7 can ask the user to confirm, but has no obligation to, their demand: the user must confirm their initial demand, otherwise the deletion of their account and the refunding of their payment will not be issued.
By sending such a demand, the user recognize that their account and all its data can be deleted anytime, without any prior warning.
The deletion of a team administrator account means necessarily the deletion of all the accounts of the members of the team and their data.
Credit card payments will be refunded on the last active credit card linked to the user's account.
Bitcoin payments can only be refunded in Bitcoin. Refunds will be calculated based on the U.S. Dollar amount KRYPT7 received at the time of the payment. KRYPT7 is not responsible for any change in value based on fluctuating exchange rates.
